(фізкультхвилинки на уроках англійської мови)

Фізкультхвилинки поділяються на 3 види:

1) фізкультхвилинки-римівки;

2) фізкультхвилинки-пісні;

3) фізкультхвилинки-ігри.

Фізкультхвилинки-римівки

Вчитель говорить слова вірша декілька разів та виконує дії, а учні повторюють дії за ним:

1. Stand up, sit down,

Keep moving.

We are at school today.

Open your books,

Close your books.

Keep moving.

We are at school today.

2. Stand up!

Clap your hands in front,

Clap your hands behind,

Clap your hands above,

Sit down.

3. Stand up!

Hands up,

To the side,

Turn left,

Turn right.

One, two, three, hop!

One, two, three, stop!

4. Stand up!

Bend forward

Bend back,

Bend right,

Bend left.

Sit down.

5. Head and shoulders,

Knees and toes,

Eyes, ears,

Mouth and nose

6. Hands up!

Hands down!

Hands on hips, sit down.

Stand up! Hands up!

Bend left, bend right.

7. The wind blows,

The wind blows,

The leaves fall down.

We gather the leaves,

We gather the leaves.

And we jump!

8. I wiggle my fingers,

I wiggle my toes,

I wiggle my shoulders,

I wiggle my nose.

Now no more wiggles are left in me,

I will be still as still as still can be

9. Up, down, up, down

(Піднімаємо та опускаємо руки)

Which is the way to London town?

(Крокуємо на місті)

Where? Where?

(Повороти в сторони.)

Up in the air,

(Дивимося вгору.)

Close your eyes

(Закриваємо очі руками.)

And you are there!

(Розводимо руки в сторони.)

11. I have ten little fingers

And they all belong to me.

(Руки зігнути в ліктях перед собою,

обертальні рухи кистями.)

I can shut them up tight,

I can open them wide,

I can put them together

Or make them all hide.

( Стиснути пальці в кулак,

широко розкрити, притиснути

подушечки пальців до великого

пальця, заховати руки за спину.)

I can make them jump high,

I can them jump low,

I can fold them quitеly

And hold them just so.

(Пальці растопирити, спочатку

підняти руки вгору, потім опустити,

скласти руки долоньками разом.)
